So much to contribute

Diagnosed with ABC at 31.

I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer at 31. I've been stable for just shy of 2 years. I have no kids but a loving husband.

Thanks to the support of my care team, and relentless efforts on the part of my superiors, I was able to go back to work after 9 months of disability leave. I now have a schedule that's adapted to my chemo and other treatments. It felt like my life was over when I got my diagnosis, but I still have so much to contribute. With time, I've been able to feel like a part of normal life, instead of isolated and useless.
