I am a 38-year-old male from London who is living with advanced breast cancer. I’m not working at the moment.
I was looking for a new position when the pandemic started. Shortly after that, I was diagnosed. I haven’t resumed the job search since and am wary of how much I would be able to balance between my medical needs and work responsibilities. Having a suppressed immune system, I would also not feel safe working in an office and commuting given the current state of the pandemic and with no restrictions being in place.
